We are incredibly pleased with our experience with Wayne at Danway Property Solutions. We have some land in East TN that was slopped and had no drivable access. We contacted Wayne, and he came out and assessed the land and provided us with a plan of action to achieve our goals - we wanted an access road and a large, flat pad cut in. I am very happy w my experience with Danway Property Solutions. Wayne and his crew came out promptly and fixed my pond dike when I was in a pinch.  The entire dike would have washed away had they not come when they did. Good work and perfect communicator. Shows up when he says he will and did not leave a mess. Wayne even checked up on the pond multiple times after completion to make sure it was good. I  would definately hire them for future projects.

I can’t say enough positive things about Wayne and his work. We’ve had a lot of problems with companies not showing up or not doing what they said they were going to do or communicating poorly. Wayne is Diamond in the rough. He does an outstanding job at communication. Wayne shows up when he says he’s going to and he gets the job done, and often goes above expectations. We have used Wayne now for three different projects at our house. He has cleared acres of trees and leveled our dirt. Wayne has also brought in topsoil and seeded and strawed our lawn. And he’s removed extra trees and a pole barn. I highly recommend Wayne. And I look forward to working with him in the future.

I needed a 100’ trench dug 3’ deep to bury power lines in my yard, which is quite rocky.

We just finished a project with Danway Property Solutions and are pleased by the results. This company had a deep respect for the land and devised a strategy for the job that aligned with our budget and needs. He didn't try to upsell us, but he also gave us quality work at an unbeatable price. Danway has a good eye for terrain, because after completing the project, the new driveway handled water exactly as predicted.
